Michael Schafle ("Mike") truly enjoys the practice of law and representing people, not large companies. He is a founding partner and the lead trial attorney at Green & Schafle LLC. For two decades, he has represented individuals in catastrophic accidents in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and throughout the country. Mike focuses his practice on complex personal injury litigation involving defective products, toxic torts/asbestos, medical malpractice, tractor-trailer accidents, sexual assault, and worksite injuries. In addition, he actively represents victims of allegedly unsafe drugs and medical devices in state court and multidistrict litigation (MDL) along with individuals who have developed asbestos related diseases such as mesothelioma.

### Background and Education
In 2001, Mike earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance, magna cum laude, from the Catholic University of America in Washington D.C. He was a member of the following national honor societies: Phi Beta Kappa, Pi Gamma Mu, and Phi Eta Sigma. He was also the recipient of the Wall Street Journal Award for Outstanding Student Achievement in Business Studies for graduating first in his class.
He received his law degree from Temple University’s James E. Beasley School of Law in 2004. While in law school, Mike received highest honors in Legal Research and Writing, as well as the Law Faculty Scholarship, a scholarship awarded to students with outstanding undergraduate records and LSAT scores.
Mike is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as before the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey. In addition, he has been admitted to practice, pro hac vice, in numerous federal district courts throughout the country.
Mike currently resides in the Philadelphia area with his wife and three daughters.
