In the first half of 2023 alone, Green & Schafle attorneys have secured 5 recoveries into the seven figures which predicates the Firm’s inclusion in the *Legal Intelligencer’s* “Watch List” for 2023. These recent successes include a $2,000,000 recovery on behalf of an off duty police officer who was struck by a commercial vehicle as well as nearly $3,000,000 in settlements to date on behalf of a retired contractor stricken with mesothelioma.
Another area of the Firm’s practice that has seen significant growth over the years is representing individuals that have experienced a vaccine-related injury or serious adverse reaction to a vaccine. Firm Partner David Carney joined Green & Schafle in 2019 and heads the Firm’s Vaccine Department which he grew from 0 filed cases to nearly 500 cases in 2023. In the past 3 years, Mr. Carney has recovered millions of dollars for victims of vaccine-related injuries, including over $3 million through Q2 of 2023.
