The [2025 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers](https://digital.superlawyers.com/v/Pennsylvania-and-Delaware-2025?page=1) publication honors the state's most accomplished attorneys across more than 70 practice areas. Each year, no more than 5% of Pennsylvania lawyers are selected as Super Lawyers through a rigorous, multiphase process that includes peer nominations, independent research, and evaluations by practice area. Additionally, up to 2.5% of lawyers under 40 or in practice for 10 years or less are recognized as Rising Stars
Over the last year, the attorneys at Green & Schafle have delivered exceptional results for their clients:
[Green & Schafle co-founder Michael Schafle](https://www.greenlegalteam.com/michael-schafle/) continues to win big for his clients and those injured by dangerous products. In addition to Michael’s mass tort litigation in asbestos, hernia mesh, Roundup and dangerous drugs, he was able to secure tens of millions in recoveries for victims of medical negligence during the past year. Mike is honored and humbled for the opportunity to help clients navigate through some of the most difficult times in their lives and help them achieve the best possible outcomes in their claims. His consistent results led to his inclusion as a 2025 Super Lawyer for Class Action/Mass Torts law in Pennsylvania.
[Green & Schafle co-founder Adam Green](https://www.greenlegalteam.com/adam-green/) and partner, [Gregory Stokes](https://www.greenlegalteam.com/greg-stokes/) recently secured a multi million dollar medical negligence settlement in a tragic case only a few short months after being retained. Adam Green's ongoing ability to win big for those injured in accidents and nursing home negligence led to his inclusion as a 2025 Super Lawyer for Personal Injury General: Plaintiff Law in Pennsylvania.
Adam Green and Partner [Stephen Specht](https://www.greenlegalteam.com/steve-specht/) also resolved a claim against a home health agency in the amount of $675,000.00. In that case, Adam and Steve alleged the home health agency's negligence contributed to our client developing a large pressure ulcer and other related injuries.
[Green & Schafle Partner David Carney](https://www.greenlegalteam.com/david-carney/) recently obtained [a rare and groundbreaking entitlement ruling in favor of an Arizona woman who developed dermatomyositis (DM)](https://www.greenlegalteam.com/news/2025/05/23/david-carney-secures-win-in-dermatomyositis-vaccine-injury-claim/)—a serious autoimmune inflammatory condition—following a seasonal influenza vaccination. The decision marks only the third time entitlement has ever been granted in a Vaccine Program case alleging DM, making it a significant legal milestone for individuals who suffer from the rare condition after vaccination.
In addition, David also secured the largest compensation award to date in the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP) for a North Carolina woman who developed chronic [immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) after receiving a flu vaccine](https://www.greenlegalteam.com/immune-thrombocytopenia-purpura-vaccine-injury-lawyer/). The ruling not only acknowledged the long-term impact of her condition but also recognized the causal link between influenza vaccination and the onset of ITP. This decision sets a powerful precedent for future vaccine injury claims involving autoimmune blood disorders.
Congratulations to our partners and the incredible work they do for our clients!
