Evan Baker — Attorney

At Green & Schafle, Evan Baker has assisted in representing catastrophically injured victims and individuals who have suffered severe shoulder injuries, catastrophic autoimmune diseases and other central nervous system disorders that have been linked to vaccinations.

Evan joined the Green & Schafle team in 2021 as a law student intern handling personal injury and vaccine injury cases. Evan will graduate from Villanova University School of Law in May 2023 and will join Green & Schafle as an associate attorney upon admission to the bar. While in law school, Evan has been an active member of the Student Bar Association and serves as the Student Group Liaison and Class Representative in both her second and third years of law school. She is also a Student Admissions Ambassador for the law school. Evan graduated magna cum laude from the Pennsylvania State University in 2020 with degrees in Sociology, French and Francophone Studies. While at Penn State, she served as a teaching and research assistant while also becoming intimately involved in THON, Penn State’s organized fundraiser for pediatric cancer victims and their families.
